Job summary

ABF Business Technology Services in Peterborough is seeking a Security Resilience Lead to strengthen our security posture. You will lead reviews, guide teams, and drive resilience across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and end-user services.

The role requires deep cyber security expertise, experience with Azure AD, and the ability to translate complex risks into business actions within a hybrid work setting at Peterborough offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security roles and consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD and cloud security.
• Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead security reviews of technology designs, projects and changes.
• Embed security-by-design across initiatives.
• Assess security risks across infrastructure and applications.
• Provide expert security consultancy to stakeholders.
• Evaluate security controls in Azure and Active Directory environments.
• Drive cloud security initiatives including IAM and Zero Trust.
• Translate risks into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of security resilience.
