Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a proactive training-focused manager to drive the development of security officers on the B&Q contract. You will support the Account Director and Operations Manager, ensuring training standards meet SLAs and KPIs while leading a team of officers.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives across stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee training for security officers across B&Q contract.
• Support Account Director & Operations Manager in performance management and KPIs.
• Deputise for Operations Manager during absences.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPI targets.
• Maintain Mitie brand, provide industry-leading security provision.
• Train officer population on Synapse system and report crimes efficiently.
