Job summary

First Response Group in Reading is seeking an Operations Support Manager to coordinate site mobilisation, logistics, and client management across multiple sites. You will work with Operations Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with RAMS, policies, and security standards.

This role involves welfare checks, incident support, health and safety compliance, and training site Officers on security systems.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organisational skills across multiple sites and tasks.
• Requires problem-solving abilities in fast-paced security environments.
• Excellent communication with officers, clients and management.
• Knowledge of security operations, compliance and site mobilisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and mobilisation of new sites and deployment of resources.
• Manage welfare checks and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Train site Officers on security systems and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to RAMS, AI and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide incident support and liaison with clients during emergencies.
