CIS Security Ltd is seeking a Security Officer in Manchester (M8) to deliver professional guarding services and exemplary customer care. You will act as a welcoming ambassador, ensuring safety and service excellence for clients, visitors and users.

Requirements include an SIA licence, experience in corporate front of house or security, strong communication skills, and reliability. Excellent presentation and IT literacy are essential, with flexibility to cover varied shifts including days, nights

Qualifications

• SIA licence required.
• Experience in high end corporate front of house, corporate security, or concierge services.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• IT literate; MS Office and visitor management systems.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• Flexible and able to change shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality guarding and customer service to clients and service users.
• Work in a team and on your own; be proactive and use initiative.
• Stay calm under pressure and handle confrontational situations professionally.
• Conduct patrols and complete incident/shift reports.
• Open/close procedures, reception duties, and access control.
