Our Security Officers are the first point of contact for many people arriving on campus. This is a customer-facing role focused on positive engagement, visibility, and support. You will be a reassuring presence across our sites, helping to maintain a calm and secure atmosphere where students and staff can learn and work confidently. You will proactively meet and greet, offer guidance, provide signposting to services, and build constructive relationships with the campus community. At the same time, you will remain vigilant and observant, able to identify unusual behaviour, respond appropriately to emerging issues, and act swiftly and professionally during any security incident or emergency.
