Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Windsor is seeking a reliable security officer to protect client sites, people and assets in line with published Assignment Instructions and UK law. You will deliver consistent service, meet performance indicators and support contract retention through proactive issue resolution.

Roles cover shifts across Berkshire, Surrey, West and South West London, with mandatory front-line SIA licensing, ongoing training, and licence renewals well before expiry.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA license.
• Full driving licence.
• Able to work in Surrey, Berkshire, West and South West London and Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by providing security services in line with Assignment Instructions and UK law.
• Deliver results meeting KPIs/SLA to support contract retention.
• Undertake training for self-development and licence renewals.
• Cover shifts across Berkshire, Surrey, West/South West London and Sussex.
