Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional in Sunderland to protect client property, people, and assets. You will operate in line with Assignment Instructions, ensuring service levels and contractual KPIs are met while maintaining high standards of conduct.

Role includes mandatory SIA licence, driving licence, and on-site duties with continuous training and licensing renewals. A front-line licence is required and you will be part of a broader security team across Mitie

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA licence is mandatory.
• A valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property, people and assets as per site instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets and maintain service quality.
• Complete required training and renewals to ensure self-development.
• Comply with policies, legal requirements and safety regulations.
• Carry out duties on-site in a systematic, orderly manner.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and report incidents promptly.
