Duties of a Security Officer will include:

• “Meet and Greet”
• Answer all enquiries courteously and professionally
• Manage all systems within the security control base
• Ensure vigilance and a professional presence
• Produce accurate reports as needed
• Act as an effective liaison between the client and the company Contract Manager
• Represent Samsic UK Security and the client positively
• Manage inbound and outbound vehicles
• Work with vulnerable adults
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, a pleasant manner, approachability, and clarity in speech
• Deliver excellent customer care skills
• Have good knowledge of Health & Safety
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Demonstrate basic numeracy and literacy skills for following instructions and preparing reports
• Show good observation skills
• Maintain a flexible attitude towards changing working hours and patterns

In order to work for Samsic, you MUST fulfill the following criteria:

• Hold a current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
• Have an unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK for at least 12 months
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Have a five-year checkable work history, including a HMRC 3-year Work History record at your interview
• Complete full site training
• Opportunities available through an apprentice scheme
