Job Location and Schedule

Locations: Coventry, Mansfield, Leicestershire, Northampton, Peterborough, and Raunds.

You will work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Average Weekly Hours: 48-60 hrs.

Employee Status: Permanent / Full Time.

Typical Duties

• Ensuring staff, property, and assets are secure
• Completing daily logs
• Producing accurate reports
• Conducting internal and external patrols
• Controlling access and egress to sites
• Searching staff when required
• Responding to emergencies
• Using access control systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
• Excellent verbal communication skills, approachable manner
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good observation skills
• Flexible attitude to working hours
• Full UK Driving License
• Own vehicle with appropriate insurance
• Unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK for at least 12 months
• Five-year checkable work history, with detailed employment dates and explanations for any gaps
