Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic Security Officers to join our team, working with leading UK clients. You’ll provide a smart, visible security presence, manage incidents, and guide the public with professionalism. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional.
• Experience in security or customer-facing role preferred.
• Able to interact positively with clients and customers.
• Teamwork within a security environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide assurance.
• Provide a visible security presence and deterrent.
• Effectively manage conflicts and incidents.
• Control access and conduct security patrols.
• Engage with the public in a proactive, professional manner.
• Identify hazards and respond appropriately.
• Provide guidance and direct customers as first point of contact.
