Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable security officers to safeguard our clients and sites in Eastham. You’ll learn on the job with full induction and career development support while contributing to a proactive security presence.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in front-line licensable activity.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required.
• Full UK manual car driving licence held for 2+ years with 6 points or less.
• Five years of checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a reassuring presence.
• Proactively engage with the public in a professional manner.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols to deter crime.
• Manage incidents, and communicate guidance and information to customers at first contact.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
