Qualifications

• At least 18 years old – licence requirement by the Security Industry Authority.
• Punctual, dependable, flexible, and assured.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders.

Responsibilities

• Offer guidance and a friendly face as the first point of contact for customers.
• Ensure the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.
• Be a smart, approachable, and proactive security presence.
• Manage and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Conduct security patrols, manage access points, and deter unauthorised activity.
• Build strong relationships as part of a supportive team.
