Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting a Security Officer for a well-known site in Cardiff. The role involves patrolling, access control, monitoring visitors, and responding to incidents on a 42-hour week with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You must hold a valid SIA licence and a Full UK Driving Licence, pass financial checks, and be prepared for a three-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. A mix of day and night shifts and a friendly, professional service are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have valid SIA licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Able to pass financial checks and have no CCJs/IVAs or bankruptcies.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the site on foot or by vehicle.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Cardiff!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift Pattern: A mixture of 8-12-hour shifts. Days & Nights

SIA Licence: Door Supervisor

Please be aware that this is a three-month Fixed Term Contract which may be extended to full-time if the project succeeds.

Applicants must have a valid SIA license and a Full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role.

Applicants must pass financial checks, have no CCJs or IVAs, and must not have been declared bankrupt.

• Patrolling the site, on foot or by vehicle

• Monitoring of visitors, staff and customers to the sites
• Responding to security breaches and medical incidents
• Ensuring all customer standards are met on each site
