Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting an Area Security Officer to cover three sites in the Norwich area. You will act on site, greet staff and visitors, enforce security procedures, conduct searches, patrol and respond to incidents.

A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required, SIA license is desirable, and training is provided. The role offers scheduling flexibility with day/night shifts and opportunities for progression within a large international security provider.

• Must be 18+ and a confident team player.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet staff and visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Conduct searches where required and patrol the premises.
• Deal with security incidents and write incident reports.
• Perform gatehouse and reception duties.

Area Security Officer to join the G4S team in

This will be to cover 3 sites within the area, where you will act as a security officer on site. With knowledge of a range of different sites, it will give you great opportunities for progression and gaining transferable skills from the different customers!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate:

£14.50 per hour

Hours:

12 hours per week

Shift Pattern: F

ull flexibility required Monday to Sunday, for day or night shifts.

SIA License:

Security Guarding or Door Supervisor License (desired), however, training is available for the right candidate.

A full

UK driving licence and your own vehicle are a requirement for this position.

As an Area Security Officer your duties will include:

• Meet and greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols

• Patrolling the premises
