G4S is seeking a Security Officer for a well-known site in Cardiff. You will patrol on foot or by vehicle, manage access, monitor people on site, and respond to security breaches and medical incidents.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor) and a Full UK Driving Licence, and pass financial checks with no CCJs/IVAs or bankruptcy. The role is a three-month fixed-term contract with potential extension to full-time.

Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Cardiff!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift Pattern: A mixture of 8-12-hour shifts. Days & Nights

SIA Licence: Door Supervisor

Please be aware that this is a three-month Fixed Term Contract which may be extended to full-time if the project succeeds.

Applicants must have a valid SIA license and a Full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role.

Applicants must pass financial checks, have no CCJs or IVAs, and must not have been declared bankrupt.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer, your duties will include:

• Patrolling the site, on foot or by vehicle
• Access and Egress control
• Monitoring of visitors, staff and customers to the sites
• Responding to security breaches and medical incidents
• Ensuring all customer standards are met on each site
