Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking Security Officers to safeguard a university campus. You will deliver professional security services, patrol on and off site, and ensure access control for authorised personnel.

Applicants should hold a SIA licence (Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding), CCTV certification, and a valid UK driving licence. Full uniform and ongoing training are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding license is required.
• CCTV license is required within 3 months.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for university premises and surrounding area.
• Operate CCTV to identify suspicious activity and capture footage as needed.
• Report security incidents or system failures to management.

An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire Security Officers to work in a University Campus.

This role would suit someone who is committed to providing impeccable customer service, organised, energetic and someone who always goes above and beyond within their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security to our client’s premises ensuring full protection to the site along with other security elements.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce our vision to always be our clients "partner of choice";


• Ensureclient premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel;


• Proactivelyoperate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required;


• Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern


• Comply with SIA, Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;


• Actively contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.


• To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction


• First Aid response


• Full training will be given to the successful candidate

Criteria:
