Kingdom Group is recruiting Retail Security Officers for Tesco Narborough Partnership. You will ensure a safe store environment, deter theft, and provide excellent customer service while patrolling and performing security checks at Tesco Loughborough stores.

The role offers regular hours, a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to work within one of the UK's largest retail environments. Prior security experience is valued but not essential, with full-time flexi-shifts across a 5-day rota.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Own transport is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Full flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 and 00:00, including weekends.
• Full 5-year checkable employment history.
• Retail security experience desirable but not essential.

Location: Tesco Loughborough, LE11

Pay: £13.72 per hour

Hours: Average 32 to 48 hours per week

Contract: Flexible (5 days out of 7)

Shifts: 8 to 10-hour shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday
