M&S is seeking a Security Officer in Highgate to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will be a visible presence, deter loss, respond to incidents, and support store operations while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a calm, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. A valid SIA licence is desirable, though not essential, and candidates must be able to provide a 5-year UK work history.

Join M&S as a Security Officer, where you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.

We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who can combine strong awareness with a warm and approachable attitude. You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.
