Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Security professional for The Sidings, Waterloo, SE1 7BH. The role involves engaging with visitors, maintaining a professional presence, and supporting incident reporting and management.

You will work with the ABM Duty management team, log incidents and collaborate with Environmental Services to provide a unified security service. The position requires an SIA Licence (Door supervisor) and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold an SIA Licence (Door supervisor's licence minimum).
• First Aid certification is required.
• CCTV licence is desirable for the role.

Job description

LOCATION: The Sidings, Waterloo, SE1 7BH

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF, Various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Days: 0700 - 1900, Nights 1900-0700

PAY RATE: £15.39 per hour

Customer Service:

• Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service.

Communication:

• Work closely with the ABM Duty management team, ensuring that incidents are reported and managed efficiently.

Record Keeping:

• Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service.

Required Skills and Experience

Licensing:

• Must hold an SIA License (Door supervisor's license minimum)

• First Aid certification

• A CCTV license is desirable.

Requirements

• Security experience within the retail or similar environment (preferable).
• Must be able to meet the requirements of BS7858 vetting

• Excellent attention to detail.

• The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role & the business.
