Location: Oxford House, Kings End, Bicester, OX26 6DS
Client: Home Group Stonham
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern: 5 Nights Various, Monday - Sunday
Shift Times: 22:00 - 06:00

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our team at Oxford House, Kings End, Bicester. This is a customer-focused security, concierge, and reception role within a supported housing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, contractors, and staff while delivering a professional and friendly service.
Duties will include manning the reception area, controlling access and egress to the building, meeting and greeting visitors, monitoring CCTV systems, conducting regular internal and external patrols, responding to incidents and emergencies, completing detailed incident reports, and maintaining accurate site records. You will also provide concierge support to residents, assist with enquiries, carry out welfare checks when required, and liaise with site management and emergency services as necessary.
The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and confident working independently on night shifts. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and previous experience within security, concierge, reception, or supported housing environments are desirable.
