Security & Maintenance Technician - Evenings

RiverWoods is currently seeking a full-time Evening (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday) staff member to join our team for Security & Maintenance work and help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our residents and community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, responding to Work Orders in order of priority or as directed. Respond to urgent requests from staff and residents promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to pull cord and pendant activations or alarms and handle emergency situations as required. Collaborate with emergency responders to ensure quick response to 911 calls.
• Carry out custodial functions for common areas, including public bathrooms, when housekeeping is unavailable.
• Participate in seasonal snow clean-up, assist with parking lot clearing, and perform other snow-related duties.
• Support after-hour emergency requirements and be prepared for 'On Call' status if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience in a building maintenance role is essential.

Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is desirable.

Valid Driver's License required.
