Citytalk specialise in the installation, maintenance and commissioning of security systems in commercial premises throughout the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic engineer to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in the security industry, given the opportunity to work across a diverse range of equipment.

About The Role:

Our Engineers maintain Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements. The successful Engineer will contribute to the team, strive to deliver world class customer service, and will be rewarded for doing so.

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems to NSI Gold standards
• Respond to service calls on all types of Security systems
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area
• Maintain your stock levels with support from the Stores team
• Attend training sessions as and when required
• Attend Engineering team meetings as and when required
• Identify training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service
• Intruder: Galaxy, Scantronic, Pyronix, AJAX
• CCTV: Hanwha, Hikvision
• Access Control: Paxton, Hikvision, Came

• Relevant experience of the Intruder, CCTV, and access control systems we maintain.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• The technical background and confidence to approach fault finding on any type of system

Compensation and Benefits:

• Basic Salary - £40K-£45k depending on experience
• Overtime, On-Call Rota, Travel Time & referral commissions
