Job Description:

Overview

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a Fire and Security business seeking to recruit a Fire & Security Installation Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth, to cover London and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation work including first fix cable/conduit, second fix fire and security equipment.
• Setting up integrated systems, including network switches and product software solutions.
• Collaborating with the administration team, complying with company policies and work instructions. Uploading all job sheets to the database daily and updating the admin team, maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met according to current industry regulations.
• Client liaison.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least two years of relevant experience is essential; four years is preferable.
• A sound electrical background/knowledge is advantageous.
• Having FIA, IPAF, CSCS, and ECS certifications is a plus.
• Good understanding of British Standards for Fire & Security.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
