Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited is seeking a Security Analyst to join the Our Hub in Daventry to monitor CCTV activity across locations, review incidents in line with policy, and compile clear case files to support investigations.

You will collaborate with store teams and security colleagues, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement. Experience in retail or security and strong data handling skills are beneficial, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dedicated and cross-functional teams and external partners to cover area.
• Plan and manage your own workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Analyse and interpret data to support investigations and decision-making.
• Demonstrate strong organisation skills and perform under pressure.
• Lead by example as a disciplined and organised team member, able to influence and motivate others.
• Engage with external suppliers to support process improvements and training initiatives.
• Identify risks across stores and produce clear case files to support findings.
• Request and review additional data to strengthen evidence for investigations.
• Liaise with stores and Group Shrinkage & Security Managers to gather insights and build a full picture of incidents.
• Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with Information Security policies.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and case files.
