Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited is seeking a dedicated CCTV analyst to join our security hub in the Daventry area. You will monitor CCTV across multiple locations, review activity and support investigations with clear, well-structured case files.

Collaboration with store teams and security colleagues is essential, with a focus on confidentiality and data integrity. Strong organisational and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are key.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for data handling and reporting.
• A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Experience working within a retail, store or security environment (preferred).
• Experience in data analysis, data manipulation or CCTV review would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV activity across multiple locations to identify and review suspicious activity.
• Collaborate with store teams, field-based security colleagues and stakeholders to ensure incidents are understood and responded appropriately.
• Support triage activities, assess risk levels and coordinate next steps while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage workload, analyse data and produce clear case files to support investigations.
• Ensure data is handled securely and in line with information security policies.
