Tesco Stores Limited is seeking a CCTV monitoring specialist to support our Our Hub in Daventry. You will monitor CCTV activity across multiple locations, review incidents in line with policies, and create clear case files to support investigations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work across store teams and security colleagues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and uphold information security

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, security, or data analysis is beneficial, with willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV activity across multiple locations in line with company policies and legal compliance.
• Liaise with store teams, security colleagues and stakeholders to ensure incidents are understood and respond appropriately.
• Analyse and interpret data to support investigations and decision-making.
• Produce clear, comprehensive case files to support findings and investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle data securely in line with Information Security policies.
