Job summary

4Way Recruitment has partnered directly with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Security Service and Small Works Engineer for their team in Sheffield. The role offers a basic salary up to £40,000 plus enhanced OTE and benefits.

Responsibilities include installing, servicing and commissioning Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems, with on-call rota participation and strong customer service on-site and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience commissioning and servicing Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems
• Ability to work independently across multiple sectors (commercial, residential, public, retail)
• Strong fault-finding and system servicing skills
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
• Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
• Experience working on Lenel, CCure, Gallagher and similar panels
• Desirable (not essential): Experience working on Kantech and CEM AC2000 systems

Responsibilities

• Install, service and commission Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Service Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm systems
• Provide excellent customer service on-site and over the phone
• Participate in the on-call rota
