Job summary

Evervault seeks a Senior Security Engineer in London to shape the security posture of our modular payments platform. You will own vulnerability remediation, audits, and secure-by-default practices across applications and infrastructure.

Collaborate with engineers to design secure systems, implement PCI DSS controls, and support third-party security reviews while driving AI-assisted security and secure deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering skills, capable of writing production code and delivering fixes end-to-end.
• Deep practical security expertise across applications and infrastructure.
• Hands-on PCI DSS experience and audits leadership.
• Comfort with AI-assisted security improvements and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Find and fix vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
• Build security checks and tooling into development and deployment.
• Work with engineers on security decisions in product and system design.
• Own security audits and evidence collection, resolving findings.
• Explain controls clearly during customer security reviews.
