Evervault in London is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Engineer for the Cards team to own problems end-to-end across our payments infrastructure, including tokenisation, 3DS and dispute management. You’ll mentor, define technical direction and stay hands-on throughout the process.

You’ll design APIs, build high-throughput systems and work directly with customers to shape the roadmap, while shipping backend services, UI components and documentation.

Competenze

• 6+ years of engineering experience, with 2–4+ years in payments/fintech or related fields.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, networking and infra.
• Product-minded with a focus on developer experience of APIs.

Mansioni

• Build core payments infrastructure including tokenisation, network integrations, 3DS and dispute management.
• Design developer-facing APIs, SDKs and primitives that developers enjoy using.
• Build high-throughput, distributed systems processing millions of card transactions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their payment stacks and debug integrations.
• Ship across the stack: backend services, APIs, UI components and docs.
• Set technical direction and mentor engineers on the team.
