Job summary

Evervault is hiring its first Security Engineer in London to own application security from day one, working with Rust and Node.js on AWS. You’ll build security checks, fix vulnerabilities, and influence product design to protect customer data.

In your first year you’ll split time between hands-on security engineering and audits, with opportunities to lead security reviews and respond to findings as Evervault scales.

Qualifications

• Excellent security engineering expertise with hands-on production experience.
• Experience with PCI DSS and cardholder data environments.
• Ability to own security audits and respond to findings.
• Comfort writing production code and collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Find and fix vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
• Build security checks and tooling into development and shipping.
• Work with engineers on security decisions in design.
• Own security and compliance audits and evidence collection.
• Handle customer security reviews and questionnaires.
