Job summary

Wilson James is seeking a Security Controller for a full-time role based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. You will monitor CCTV and access control across multiple sites, respond to alarms, conduct remote patrols and liaise with emergency services and clients to maintain safety and security.

The role requires a current DS SIA and CCTV Licence, strong observation skills, and the ability to produce clear incident reports while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• To hold a current DS SIA and CCTV Licence.
• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
• Highly observant with excellent attention to detail.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
• IT proficient and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Capable of producing clear and concise reports.

Responsibilities

Hours: Full time, 4 on, 4 off days 06:00 - 18:00 and nights 18:00 - 06:00
Pay: £14.25 ph

About the Role:

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
