Securitas UK is recruiting a Business Security Compliance Officer for our Wimborne site. You will deliver all aspects of site security service support in line with company and government guidance, communicate security requirements clearly, and plan workloads to meet operational and business needs.
The role requires a valid SIA licence, DISA qualification, British nationality, and the ability to maintain DISA compliance.
We're Hiring: Business Security Compliance Officer

Pay: £14.58 per hour (£30,326 per annum)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)

As a major global supplier of aerospace and defence systems, specialising in air-to-air refuelling technology, environmental systems, and actuation equipment, the Business Security Compliance Officer plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of security delivery, providing advice, guidance, and support to the business while ensuring compliance with company policies and National Security standards. The Business Security Compliance Officer is responsible for managing a varied workload with limited supervision, demonstrating strong organisational and problem-solving skills while escalating any issues to the Deputy Security Manager or Site Security Manager as required. Working within a highly regulated environment, the Business Security Compliance Officer contributes to maintaining robust security frameworks, protecting critical assets, and supporting the organisation's commitment to operational excellence and compliance.
