Job summary

Experis UK in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project & Programmes Consultant to lead large-scale technology and business change programmes. The role covers design, mobilisation and execution across digital transformation, operating model change and organisational reform.

Working with senior client stakeholders and delivery teams, you will ensure delivery to time, cost and quality while managing risks, dependencies and governance.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Experience in defence, security or justice sectors.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled programmes.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile, digital or technology delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Consulting or professional services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programmes.
• Drive programme governance, controls, RAID management and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across business, operational and technical workstreams.
• Contribute to Agile and digital delivery initiatives across complex environments.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery performance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client growth opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and ways of working.
