Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Project & Programmes Consultant to work across diverse locations, delivering large-scale technology and business change within secure, regulated environments.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to design, mobilise and execute transformation programmes, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality while managing risks, dependencies and governance across Agile and digital delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled programmes, projects or transformation initiatives.
• Strong programme governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile, digital or technology delivery environments.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience would be advantageous.

• Coordinate delivery across business, operational and technical workstreams

Project & Programmes Consultant

SC Clearance Essential

We're looking to speak with experienced Programme Managers, Delivery Managers, PMO Leads, Agile Delivery Professionals and Transformation Consultants who have a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology and business change within secure, highly regulated environments.

You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of major transformation programmes, helping clients design, mobilise and execute complex initiatives spanning digital transformation, technology implementation, operating model change and organisational reform.

Working alongside senior client stakeholders, technical teams and programme leadership, you’ll help ensure programmes are delivered to time, cost and quality while effectively managing risks, dependencies and governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder programmes
• Previous consulting or professional services experience would be advantageous
