Job summary

WeDoTech is recruiting a hands-on Technical Tester for a secure Microsoft 365 / SharePoint migration program within a Defence environment. This contract runs for 5 months, inside IR35, offering up to £325 per day. The role is fully onsite in Bristol, five days a week, with an early September start.

Join a team of M365, SharePoint and Azure specialists to ensure migrated services perform as expected throughout migration and upgrade activities.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Experience in secure Government or Defence environments.
• Technical testing across Microsoft environments.
• Exposure to M365 and SharePoint.
• Understanding of Azure or cloud environments.
• Performance testing or benchmarking experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable working with infrastructure, cloud and application specialists.
• Able to work onsite in Bristol 5 days per week for the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration and technical testing across the migrated environment.
• Support testing of SharePoint and M365 services following migration and upgrade activities.
• Carry out performance testing and benchmarking within Azure.
• Develop and execute test scripts, scenarios and test plans.
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with technical SMEs to validate migrated services.
• Support regression and acceptance testing.
