Job summary

Triad Group Plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security-cleared projects on a fixed-term basis. You will own end-to-end delivery across lifecycles, including planning, risk management, budgets and stakeholder alignment.

The role offers flexibility to work at Milton Keynes, Godalming or client locations, with a salary up to £65K and comprehensive benefits. Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods is valued for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance preferred or eligible.
• Experience delivering complex digital government/delivery projects.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder teams across delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, plan and safely execute a single project or several smaller initiatives.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and budgets across the project.
• Engage with senior clients and external suppliers to align expectations and outcomes.
• Balance cost versus value, monitor delivery performance and governance.
• Adapt delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid) to project context.
