Job summary

Methods, a UK-based consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT implementation projects in secure government environments. You’ll coordinate with technical and business teams, manage plans, risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery to time, budget and scope.

Based near Farnborough with regular site attendance, you will engage senior stakeholders, drive governance, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT implementation projects.
• Strong technical background with infrastructure experience.
• Experience with on-premise environments.
• Detailed project planning and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Organised and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams.
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT implementation projects.
• Develop and track detailed project plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and change requests.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery against agreed timelines, budget and scope.
• Provide regular project reporting and governance updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committees.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Escalate delivery risks and blockers where appropriate.
