Triad Group plc is seeking an experienced Security Cleared Senior Project Manager to lead major projects across UK public sector environments. The role requires current SC clearance and delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods, with responsibility for budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring delivery momentum and benefits realization while adapting processes to project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects in UK public sector or central government.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Commercial and supplier management experience.
• Experience with Benefits Realisation lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver major projects or multiple initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resources.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and remove blockers.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Adapt delivery approaches to project context (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
