We’re looking for an experienced Security Cleared Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
Proven experience delivering projects within UK public sector or central government environments and current SC clearance are must-have requirements.
You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, providing direction, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for managing plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources, while creating the right environment for teams to collaborate and deliver effectively. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, senior clients and external suppliers, translating between different audiences and ensuring expectations remain aligned. The role requires someone who can adapt their delivery approach to the context, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. You’ll also contribute to governance, assurance, business readiness and change, while challenging processes and removing obstacles that could prevent successful delivery.
