Job summary

Triad Group Plc is seeking a Security Cleared Senior Project Manager to deliver major projects within the UK public sector. The role supports client locations, remote work, or offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes.

SC clearance is mandatory. You will manage plans, risks, budgets and resources across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex digital, technology or business change projects.
• Must have: Proven experience delivering projects within UK public sector or central government environments.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior audiences.
• Experience managing risks, issues, budgets and governance.
• Commercial/supplier management experience with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of definition, planning and delivery of major projects or several initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, budgets and resources.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and enable collaboration to deliver outcomes.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and external suppliers.
• Adapt delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to project needs.
• Maintain delivery momentum and provide governance, reporting and decisions.
• Support business readiness and change for successful adoption.
