OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee facilities management projects from scoping through to handover, ensuring delivery to client standards.

You will coordinate budgets, tendering, contractor management and risk control, interfacing with clients and internal teams across multiple projects. APM methodologies, CDM and safety compliance are essential to success.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Project Management role.
• Operational and technical experience.
• Ability to plan and organise work to meet changing needs.
• Proven delivery of multi-task building services projects.
• Ability to liaise with and supervise contractors.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage facilities management projects through full lifecycle.
• Prepare scoping briefs and tender works.
• Manage quotations and approvals / POs.
• Prepare budget costs and monitor budgets.
• Appoint and manage consultants and subcontractors.
• Attend client meetings and ensure project handover to maintenance.
