Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a facilities management professional to define forthcoming works programmes using the Client Asset Management System. You will coordinate planned, breakdown and new works, develop planning priorities, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and drive progress.

The role includes processing security applications, handling funding approvals and orders, and ensuring records are updated. It emphasizes health and safety and equality in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Define forthcoming works programmes using the Client Asset Management System
• Incorporate planned, breakdown, new work and contracted tasks
• Develop proposed plan, evaluate materials and resources, set task priorities
• Record actions and approvals with facilities management and stakeholders
• Create and submit security applications to enable SCP to complete works
• Process SCP quotes to seek funding approvals and/or place orders
• Print work dockets and route to the Work Supervising Officer
• Monitor progress and inform WSOs, Managers and end users of changes
• Cover leave and carry out duties as required by the Manager or Deputy
• Maintain health, safety and welfare in line with company policy
