Deloitte UK is seeking graduates for a Technology & Transformation Analyst role within Early Careers Consulting. You will join one of three areas—HR Strategy & Transformation Advisory, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, or Major Programmes—focusing on human capital transformation, strategy, design and end-to-end delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a client-facing role as part of Deloitte Human Capital consultants to solve complex problems.
• Support immersive workshops to help structure client thinking, define problems and craft innovative responses.
• Create clear, visually engaging presentations and documents communicating findings and AI-driven HR transformation value.
• Support internal programs and contribute to new business activities such as client bids and opportunities.
