Deloitte UK is offering an Analyst role within Technology & Transformation Early Talent. You will join a client-facing team of Deloitte Human Capital consultants, helping organisations solve complex problems and deliver HR transformation in a security-cleared environment.

The role operates on a hybrid model with office and home working, with an immersive induction programme, buddy support and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline; graduates by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

Responsabilités

• Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements and help them develop new solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis, drawing out insights and presenting key findings and recommendations to clients.
• Create clear, visually engaging presentations and documents communicating findings and the value proposition of AI-driven HR transformation.
• Proactively support internal programmes and initiatives aligned with internal priorities and contribute to bids for client opportunities.
