Job summary

Deloitte is offering a Full Time Graduate role in Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST) within the GPS persona in the UK. Qualifications

• Must have or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline, graduating by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to engage with clients to solve their most complex problems.
• Working with individuals from our clients’ business and IT teams to understand what the problems and needs are, and transforming those into technical requirements.
• Creating documents crucial to the delivery and execution of the programme, alongside materials presented back to clients.
• Discovering how technologies support everything an organisation does, and which technologies work best for each part of a business.
• Using firm-approved AI tools responsibly to support client delivery.
• Help assess technology investments, identify opportunities to improve value, agility, efficiency, and user experience.
