Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance mandatory
• Three Security Cleared Business Analysts with Software Engineering within Aerospace/Aircraft domain, or Platform Engineering within the Defence domain
• Experience in UK aerospace or defence environments, ideally with MOD, Defence Digital, defence prime contractors or suppliers
• Knowledge of aircraft certification and regulatory compliance
• Experience working in regulated engineering or development environments
• Experience across international or transnational programmes and stakeholder groups
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex aerospace and defence programmes

Responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder needs and translate into clear, structured business and technical requirements.
• Capture, document, maintain and manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain requirements baselines, managing change requests and assessing their impact.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between customer needs, requirements, technical solutions, implementation and verification activities.
• Support requirements decomposition and allocation across relevant engineering domains.
• Work closely with engineering, development and verification teams to ensure requirements align with technical implementation.
• Produce, review and maintain technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with requirements engineering processes and governance standards.
