Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced SC Cleared Business Analyst to support digital engineering projects for a defence-based organisation. This 6-month initial contract is based in Reading with hybrid working (2 days on-site per week).

You will elicit and document requirements, manage traceability, and coordinate with engineering, development and verification teams. Active SC clearance and sole British national status are required.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Management experience.
• Experience in one or more of: Synthetics, ITEA or TLS.
• Experience within Aerospace or Defence environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, traceability and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting digital/engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Maintain requirements baselines, traceability and change control.
• Support requirement decomposition, allocation and impact assessments.
• Work closely with engineering, development and verification teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure requirements are aligned with technical delivery.
• Support reviews, validation activities, audits and governance.
• Produce and review business and technical documentation.
