Job summary
Synergize Consulting Ltd in Reading HQ is seeking a Security cleared MBSE System Engineer to support MBSE solutions across aerospace and defence programmes. The role requires hands-on systems engineering and the ability to translate requirements into digital workflows.
You will design toolchains with Cameo and IBM Rhapsody, ensure traceability across models and requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of MBSE practices within MOD and defence environments.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE or Digital Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MBSE, SysML and modelling standards.
- Experience with DOORS Next/Classic and PLM systems.
Responsibilities
- Capture MBSE and Systems Engineering requirements into digital solutions.
- Define MBSE processes, workflows and modelling approaches.
- Design and evaluate MBSE toolchains using Cameo and/or Rhapsody.
- Establish integration between models, requirements and data.
- Support Digital Thread capabilities and information flows.
- Develop proofs of concept, pilots and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and adoption.
- Contribute to MBSE standards and governance.
