Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd in Reading is seeking three Security Cleared Engineering Business Analysts to support Digital Engineering programmes within aerospace and defence. The role is hybrid remote with 1-2 days onsite and requires active SC clearance.

Candidates should have UK defence sector experience, ideally with MOD, Defence Digital, prime contractors or suppliers, and be able to work across international programmes with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active SC security clearance and ability to work onsite in Reading.
• Proven experience in Engineering business analysis, requirements engineering or requirements management.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, baselining and change control.
• Experience delivering or supporting digital tools in aerospace/defence projects.
• Familiarity with Digital Engineering domains such as modelling and simulation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder needs and translate into clear requirements.
• Capture, document, maintain and manage requirements through the lifecycle.
• Establish baselines, manage change requests and assess impact.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across needs, solutions and verification.
• Support decomposition and allocation across engineering domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, development and verification teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with requirements processes and governance.
