Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd is seeking park security officers for our Tattershall Lakes Holiday Park to keep guests safe and assist them when needed. The seasonal position covers weekends and bank holidays with full training provided.

Based at Tattershall Lakes, you will welcome guests, patrol the park by foot and vehicle, monitor access and respond to emergencies. A full manual driving licence and friendly customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Full Manual Driving Licence required.
• Excellent customer service and guest-facing communication.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in all situations.

• Welcoming guests at the park entrance and monitoring access.
• Patrolling the park by foot and by vehicle to ensure perimeter security.
• Assist guests with out-of-hours issues and respond to emergencies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be part of the team that makes sure the park is secure and safe. You will be a reassuring presence for guests, and you’ll be there in an emergency. It's a varied and exciting job with responsibilities that include:

• Welcoming guests into our park at the entrance and monitoring vehicles that wish to gain access.
• Patrolling the park by foot and vehicle, ensuring the perimeters are secure and all is well within the park.
• Helping guests with out-of-hours problems and delivering gas on the rare occasion a guest may have run out.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, Experience, And Qualities You’ll Need.

This is a great role for the right person, and we will provide full training and induction, so lots of experience is not as important as the right attitude. The only 'must-haves' are.

• Full Manual Driving Licence - Essential
• Customer service skills - we want someone who is friendly and cheerful to our guests.
